PC Building & Repair

Labour rate. Standard mATX and ATX tower systems only.

- Diagnosing and repairing hardware faults

- Laptops, all-in-one systems, and small-form-factor cases
Direct Support
$90/hourexcluding GST
The first 2 hours are free for new and existing customers. Applies only to customers with a website hosted with us.

- Client websites are hosted in Sydney, Australia, on OVHcloud infrastructure. They are not hosted in New Zealand.
- A New Zealand Business
- Wheeler Technology and its operations are based in New Zealand. International work is welcome, by discussion.
- Domain Names
- We do not offer domain name registration or management services. New customers either keep control of their domain and handle registration themselves, or, by arrangement, we take over responsibility for looking after an existing domain on their behalf. Either way, we connect the domain to the website.

No. You can register and manage your domain yourself, or, by arrangement, we can take over responsibility for looking after an existing domain on your behalf. Either way, we connect your domain to your website.
Where is my website hosted?
In Sydney, Australia, on OVHcloud infrastructure. Websites are not hosted in New Zealand.
Can I work with you from outside New Zealand?
Yes, by discussion. The business and its operations are in New Zealand, and we are open to international work.
What about servicing beyond the included updates?
Routine content updates are part of monthly hosting. Larger servicing work is quoted by discussion before anything begins.
Which computers do you service?
Standard mATX and ATX tower systems only. We do not service laptops, all-in-one systems, or small-form-factor cases.
How does the free 2 hours of support work?
Direct support is available to customers with a Wheeler Technology website. The first 2 hours are free for new and existing customers. After that, direct support is charged at $90 per hour, excluding GST.
What is the difference between labour and direct support?
Both are $90 per hour, excluding GST, but they are different charges. Labour covers building, repairing, and diagnosing computers, plus related on-site or in-office work. Direct support applies only to customers with a website hosted with us.
